Take training at Zoma Beauty Academy: everything you need to know about the registration procedure.
Zoma Beauty Academy admits its students by selection. Simply register online using one of our pre-registration forms to have a chance to join the beauty Academy. Some training courses require a prior interview to confirm your motivations.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
  • A personal interview is recommended
  • (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • A minimum age of 16 is required
  • Pre-requisites may apply in certain programs

    REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

    Personal interview

    Arrange for a personal interview with the academy representative or authorized perso

    REGISTER

    Complete the course application form and submit to the registrar office together with:

    • 3 Possport size ID photos with Copy of identity document of student

    • Copy of identity document of person responsible for course fees along with proof of residence, or a letter of confirmation from the financing company

    APROVAL

    Student will be notified of the outcome of the application.

    REGISTRATION FEE

    Non-Refundable Deposit is payable prior to commencement of course once Registration is approved.

    REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

    Only applicants meeting the admission criteria will be accepted

    The general criteria for admission are:

    • The generally applicable criteria are derived from the regulations governing TVET institutions.
    • Students must be registered fulfilling all admission requirements.
    • Student must pay all applicable fees, as per the current published fee schedule at the time of the signing or entering into an enrollment contract or make other arrangements acceptable to the school.

    All courses are limited to a certain number of students to ensure individual attention

    Students are expected to read the course information provided by the academy and confirm any changes prior to starting.

    Applicants should be aware of all course, kit and course fees payable prior to commencement of any course.

    The academy reserves the right to postpone a short course/module until a minimum of 6 students have enrolled.

    The Academy policies and procedures are in place and are to be adhered to.

    As English is the language of instruction, all students must be conversant in English.

    The medium of instruction for all courses will be in English. However, Zoma Beauty Academy does not offer English as a Second Language (“ESL”) training.

    If a student has a pre-diagnosed medical condition such as allergies, the academy principal or authorized person should be made aware of such condition.

    Certain programs and courses offered may require specific pre-requisites.

    If the Academy is closed or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, information will be provided in all available communication channels. Accordingly, make up classes will be arranged to compensate for missed sessions.
